For best results, save this document to a USB flash drive and take it to, or email a copy to, your local print shop and have it printed there on matte cardstock.

Medium Box Printable is 8 pages.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR MEDIUM AND LARGE BOXES:

Cut printed panels to size using the cut line illustrations as guides.

Use double sided sticky tape or your favorite adhesive to adhere cut panels to the box as pictured.

*USPS box sizes sometimes vary in size by 1/8" to 1/4", depending on how perfectly (or imperfectly) your box is taped together. You may need to trim the bottoms or interior sides of your panels slightly to adjust for this variation. Do not worry about this! Your box will look amazing when you're finished, we promise.

FOR MEDIUM BOXES:

Two inside panels (short) are not labeled or marked for cutting. Cut these panels down the center of the page.

The bottom panel is not labeled or marked for cutting. No cutting is required for this panel.

FOR LARGE BOXES:

Bottom panels for large sized boxes come in two pieces. Bottom Panel Piece 1 is not labeled or marked for cutting. No cutting is required for this panel. Bottom Panel Piece 2 overlaps Bottom Panel Piece 1.

Flat Rate Boxes are free of charge and can be picked up at your local Post Office, or ordered online at usps.com.

Priority Flat Rate Packaging comes in various shapes and sizes. This printable is formatted for a Medium Box Style 1 or a Large Box.

Medium Boxes are 11 1/4"L x 8 1/2"W x 5 1/2"H.

Large Boxes are 12"L x 12 1/4 W x 6" H.
